
Shipping
Door-to-Door Delivery (by default): Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and Slovenia.
Pickup Points (by default): All other countries. If an item is too large for a pickup point or no pickup point is available within a 5 km radius, door-to-door delivery will be used instead.
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 workdays.
The tracking number is displayed when you open the order details.
If your package is delayed or lost, we’re here to help! First, check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows no updates or indicates the package is lost, please contact our customer service team at hello@denyva.com

Yes, our payment methods are secure because we use the most popular payment providers PayPal and Stripe.
You can use the discount code in the shopping cart section, there will be a Coupon Code field, enter the discount code you have there.
Returns

You can return or exchange the product in this way:
The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
The product must be unused, undamaged and with all original labels.
Personalised products, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of the returned item at our or our partner’s warehouse, and confirmation that it meets the return conditions, we will either dispatch the replacement item or process a refund to the merchant. Refunds typically take 3-7 workdays to process.
